"This hotel has fantastic views in multiple directions, and many of the rooms have private terraces. The private beach with bar and beds amongst the rocks was an unexpected amenity that we loved. The pool is small but is nestled between small cliffs...truly unique. The location was quiet and only a few minutes from the center of La Maddalena, but don't expect to easily walk into town...it was about 1.5 miles, which is steeply uphill on the return. We recommend this location if you have a car."

"Charming and comfortable hotel on the fringes of the old town. Everything is very walkable. Lots of restaurants in the immediate area and down in the port area. There was a small market on Friday right outside the hotel with a coffee truck however everything was very quiet at the weekend. "

The owners are wonderfully friendly and make you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The highlight was the delicious breakfast delivered right to the patio outside our room—such a charming and relaxing way to start the day. We loved our stay and would happily return. "The property has a dramatic physical setting with a panoramic view of Bonifacio, the Bonifacio Strait, and Sardinia in the distance. The grounds are tastefully landscaped with plantings of olives and other Mediterranean species. Staff was helpful with restaurant and excursion recommendations."

"Beautifully lush, landscaped gardens frame this luxurious designer hotel. Rooms are each set in a generous space and are thoughtfully designed and well appointed. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast in a smart, airy dining room looking out over the gardens. Nice pool and bar with Happy Hour. I would strongly recommend this hotel. "
