Mala atención

Al llegar al hotel, no estaba la reservacion hecha en hoteles.com y la que nos atendio fué muy grosera, si no hubiera habitaciones nos quedamos metidos. Apesar de darle el # de la confirmacion de hoteles.com, no le importo.

Welcome to Buenaventura

Front desk was extremely helpful upon check-in. Water was hot the first day but barely lukewarm the second day which is fine for me because I'm used to cold showers (Cali, Colombia resident here) but may be a problem for others. (Free) Breakfast was delicious my first morning but so-so the second morning however, the staff was always very friendly & helpful. Enjoyed my stay overall.

Las Habitaciones son muy amplias y tienen una bella vista sobre el puerto turístico de Buenaventura. El hotel cuenta con un muy buen restaurante.

El hotel es lindo, limpio, agradable, con un buen restaurante, personas atentas, habitaciones grandes, hermosa vista... y mi experiencia fue pésima porque no pude dormir bien. Tenían fiesta en la habitación de al lado con música a todo volumen.

Excelente Vista al Mar.

Excelente hotel, tiene una hermosa vista al Malecón frente al mar. Se ve hermosa la vista en la noche la Zona Portuaria. La habitación muy cómoda, el desayuno variado. La habitación con vista al mar es lo mejor, no se escucha el ruido de la calle ya que sus ventanas tiene sistema acústco. Un gimnasio muy completo, solo le falta piscina al hotel.
