2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort, communication
We booked this place because of the nice photos advertised online, but it was disappointing. The room was very rundown and not well kept. Windows inside the room couldn’t lock which felt very unsafe. The room itself was not clean - bedsheets and towels were grey and stained, and we also saw bugs on the bed. Water pressure was so low, we could hardly rinse shampoo out. Also, there was no washing machine inside the room as described. The only washer was outside and was shared with the entire building. It was often occupied by the staff and usually full of sheets and towels. If you want clean towels during your stay, they ask you to pay extra. Honestly, Buenos Aires has so many good and affordable options. Don’t waste your money here.

Easily walkable, buses are only a few blocks away, and the actual apartment was clean. No notes, would stay again.

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Was not given access to the wifi, I was there for 2 nights, asked on the 1st night & followed up. No response. Asked for cleaning supplies to clean the dirty dishes, fridge, counter. And they said no one ever complained that it was dirty before. So here I am. Asked for toilet paper, had to get my own, & they never brought any. Asked for access to their washing machine that they advertised. They did not respond to that either. It's renovated but hard to appreciate when dirty. No microwave was in the unit, had to complain about that as well, people there did bring me that.

Achei ótima a localização. O apto tb tinha um tamanho excelente. As camas bem confortáveis.
