"The Hotel is near the hospital and there is not much else around it. We arrived around 9pm and drove 5 minutes to downtown for food. If you are doing more than sleeping look for downtown hotels. "Very disappointing experience. We checked in late at night and found that the pillows in our room were visibly stained. I went to the front desk and politely asked if we could be moved to another room, but the employee just got upset instead of helping us. Nothing was done to resolve the issue. The next morning, the complimentary breakfast was extremely limited. There was only cereal available, and some of the milk cartons were expired. Cleanliness and customer service were unacceptable. "Man where to start. I booked 2 nights because there was no hotels available now i know why there was rooms. The parking lot has creators literally. The shower doesnt work. They had electricity problems the rooms have a door being blocked with a cushion. These managers/owners are penny pinchers. Never staying here again. I went ahead and asked for a refund because no shower is ridiculous after a long day at work."
