"The property is beautiful and serene, the front desk staff need a little more training as instead of checking for my bookings first asked me to prove that I had booked and paid online. In fact they assured me that I would be put out as all rooms were filled up, when I asked to talk to their manager is when they looked and found my name actually on the list. "I was the messy one . Room was clean and fan was enough to cool room in evening . Shower was like many hotels in Uganda without shower curtain so you must be careful or you will get tp wet but you get used to it . The staff were special and went out of their way to prepare food and anything we bought ourselves like watermelon . Anything we asked for was brought immediately . They were kind and a pleasure to deal with. This is my 2nd . stay with them and I was prepared better this year . Pick you...
