"We booked this hotel with not much expectations as we needed a place to stay while waiting for the last leg of our flight to our destination. We were pleasantly surprised. The hotel was very nice; the staff was accommodating; the breakfast was delicious. The value offered for the price was very good. Istanbul is definitely lacking customer service in many places and this place was not one of those."

"* Very low efficiency
* house keeping staff ignored the do not disturb, knocked aggressively at 9am and then stood outside door laughing.
* the same member of staff was listening into the room and laughing. This was seen by me via the rooms peaking hole.
* room service called at 3am and didn’t speak on the line
* orders took too long
* for an international hotel with high volume tourists English levels were very low to the point where the phrase “pot of tea” was not understood."
