I refused, so she went to the room and couldn't find it, so she gave me another one. The only locker left was faulty, so they gave me one by reception on the floor below. For the 5 rooms on my floor, there were 3 bathrooms only, and one was out of service (6-10 people per room). No sockets visible near the bed, nor in the room at all. In...

"A little bit far from city center, but there is a big station nearby, which was convenient. Shared rooms did not have bunk bed, which was very nice. There were many extension cord all over the place in the middle of the room because power plugs were not sufficient. People tripping all the time."
