"Rooms hot without air conditioning. Television in room not working which i tried to report to reception but there was no answer. Very rude staff member on reception who glared at me when I returned my key card as they were on the phone and rudely ignored my "Thankyou". Not a nice stay and I won't be going back"

"No air con on my room as it was broken! And they didn’t have another room for me. The room was ok, but very dark as I needed to keep the curtains shut to keep out the sun and there was only one very old bedside table lamp. I stayed for 2 nights but my room wasn’t serviced. I seriously question the 4* rating here, although the pool area was lovely"
