"The location was excellent, the room very nice with a decent view, staff were very helpful, and we appreciated the free drink for foregoing a room cleaning. The only problem was that I was charged again for a room I had prepaid, but this was remedied when I brought it to staff's attention. The medieval cellar is pretty interesting. "

The area surrounding the property is a little run down because it’s near the train station and there is quite a bit of people living on the streets. But once inside, it feels safe and clean."
