"Hotel is at a nice place, around 4-5 km away from the city centre. Free parking but limited. Rooms are ok. Staff were friendly and co-operative. Issues were no electric kettle/tea coffee facilities in the room. Biggest letdown was that air conditioning was not working. This was misleading as we booked the room thinking there was air conditioning. The hotel should clearly mention if the services are down. we would have not booked this hotel had we known that AC is down."

We were given a room on the 16th as we wanted a double (that we booked) and not a twin. great views But after a certain time the bass from the music from the Sky Bar leaks through the soundproofed room and gradually gets louder. I wished the reception would have mentioned this at the time. The last night there was a private party I think as it started at 4pm and finished at 10pm and this was booming We would have been out of the room normally from 7pm but...
