"Check in was rushed , wasn’t explained very well where our room was located , spent 15 minutes looking for it.
Room was outdated for price . Bed was too soft did speak to the duty manager as I have a bad back, house keeping came to room with a white looking doona that had yellow stains over it and was told that was a mattress topper , house keeping were shocked at condition of it as she pulled out of a black garbage bag, then maintence came to our room with a big square piece of wooden board ,...

"False advertising. Breakfast not available, internet didn't work, bed was rock hard, no water pressure in the shower, had a very small head that didn't didn't cover your body with water, temperature kept fluctuating and there was banging in the walls all night. When bringing this up with staff, nothing was done about any of the isses. Stayed 3 nights, housekeeping was not done once. No clean towels suppplied. "
