"There was no reservation when I arrived at 2:30 am. They said this has happened a lot with Expedia bookings. I have used Expedia for years and will no longer be using this booking platform after being stranded in the rain at 2:30am with no room in Pittsburgh. I’m furious."

"The hotel seems pretty new from first glance. Room is spacious. Bedding is pretty comfortable. TV is new, and there is a big couch and a sitting area by the window. Breakfast is more basic than Hampton of Holiday Inn Express. But my main issue was with their management. "When I pulled up, the property looked deserted. Called to summon desk to check me in. He was very polite. The top safety latch was missing on my door, which being in the hotel all by myself was a little unnerving. Literally, I was alone with no hotel workers. There was no breakfast set up. "Positive: Reasonably priced. Parking was fine. The window in the back opened. Spectrum or Armstrong cable was fine. They provided single use soap. Dual access to the room; from both inside the motel hallway and an outside door. Staff very pleasant and tried to help with WiFi, but ended up not solving the issue. There was plenty of hot water.
