no hot water in the room. staff would check it in the evening, they didn‘t. same situation in the morning. instead of going to manage it seriously they came twice to my room to check it like i‘m just too stupid how to use the tap.
2nd problem: by booking i ordered local seasonal fruits for breakfast (because i’m vegan and it’s hard to get something right in a hotel) and refered on it by check in: „the manager will check it“ - only an empty phrase. After hours i got some pieces of watermelon and mango even though are many kinds at the market.
in fairness the manager she organized to fix a flat tire on my motorbike, they paid it and i got a little cash back which i gave to a poor child countryside.
