"The location was great. However they double booked our room! We reserved the pyramid, and 30 min away from the property I get a phone call saying that my room was not avaliable. They upgraded to a villa for the 1st night which was excellent but the next two days we got stuck with an apartment which was really nothing special. The whole Idea for staying here was for a new experience, so ending up in an apartment was very disappointing. "

"It wasn't an issue about the room being clean, it was an issue about the elevator smelling like mold, and the room smelling like mold. They really need to turn the fans on and air out the rooms before people arrive. We had five people total, and three of them got a headache from the mold. This is not a healthy living environment. Nonetheless, at no fault to the staff, it was a decent stay with great beds, but that mold really needs to be remediated."

"Das Frühstück war gut, allerdings lässt der Service leider zu wünschen übrig. Es wirkt so, als hätten die Kellner keine klar zugewiesenen Aufgaben – jeder macht alles und gleichzeitig nichts. Dadurch dauern Bestellungen sehr lange und einzelne Punkte werden teilweise vergessen. Das Hotel liegt etwas höher gelegen. Dadurch hat man zwar eine schöne Aussicht, allerdings weigern sich manche Tuk-Tuks, bis ganz nach oben zu fahren, sodass man ein Stück bergauf gehen muss, was auf Dauer etwas nervig...

"The place was not ideal because of the on going construction but the way the staff took care of us was amazing. They went out of their ways to accommodate our needs. I noticed this because there was cancellation of the tour we joined. would have been out of the hotel all day having fun exploring the place and only needed a safe place to sleep. I don’t care about gym, pool, etc. I went to el Nido to check the place not to enjoy the hotel . Spend your money checking the area and get a safe cheaper...

"Piscina muy sucia y dando excusas para niños. Poco profesionales. Un día llegamos a las 2 pm y la habitación no estaba hecha. Habíamos salido de island hopping a las 8 am y dejado la llave. La súper chica de recepción me dice que hasta las 7 pm no podía protestar. Oigan eso es servicio al cliente del bueno. Podría continuar pero tengo mejores cosas que hacer. No entiendo como expedía acepta un hotel como este. Vayan y vean la piscina. Un horror, eso sí segura. Jajaja"

"The ABSOLUTE BEST RESORT we have ever stayed at!! Daisy, Leah, MARTY & all of the staff are AMAZING! The luxury & comfort of the resort were unmatched. We woke every morning to the water view & breakfast on the balcony. We relaxed on the beach, kayaked & snorkeled with provided items. Drinks at sunset with a beautiful dinner set up on the beach was included. 1000/10 recommend to unwind. Perfect honeymoon getaway."

"Avoid! The charged me $40 for two small blood stains on sheet and pillow case. Replacement cost for the old tattered linens would be far less. I offered to clean them, they refused. When I said I wouldn’t pay, they started to call the police. Wouldn’t call a manager. Bathroom smelled of sewage, dive shop outside my window started banging tanks at 5 AM. Dirty. I travel to SE Asia 6 months a year for the last three years, worst experience ever. "
