"Staff was great!"

"Staff are very nice and accommodating. WiFi is terrible Clean room but bathroom smells so bad (maybe a good disinfectant will help). Breakfast does not have much selection. Food are cold. Our room does not have a security lock. You can hear cars and karaoke at all times😩"

"The hotel was comfortable and decent. The room was a good size. Breakfast was ok, can be improved. Staffs were very accommodating especially the front desk lady and Manong guard who helped me with my documentation issues that was extremely important for me to accomplish that day and they helped me, a stranger without hesitation. "Amazing view of Taal Lake! If the property was good, it would have been a pleasant stay. We had trouble requesting for extra beds even though we called in advance and reminded the staff upon arrival.
