"Spacious room, but some maintenance and noise issues
The room was very spacious, which was a definite plus, and there was plenty of room to move around.
Unfortunately, the bed was too soft for our preference, and although there were two pillow options, both pillows felt quite old and could use replacing.
The balcony door in our room was also broken and could not be fully closed, which was disappointing and made it difficult to block out the outside noise.
Soundproofing was another issue. We could clearly hear people upstairs using the bathroom during the middle of the night, as well as cars and motorcycles from the street. This made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.
Overall, the large room was a positive, but the bed, old pillows, broken balcony door and poor soundproofing affected our stay. Some maintenance and improvements to the rooms would make a big difference."
