"The location is very noisy due to constant traffic and car noise, making it difficult to relax or sleep. The property does not feel well-prepared to operate as a hotel and lacks some of the comfort and facilities expected. "Property location was bang on the nile with a beautiful view. Overall it was a lovely stay. Everyone there helped us out with excursions, advice and provided great customer service. Even though we got there after midnight they were still very accommodating. Would recommend informing them what time you will be arriving roughly so they know Would defo stay again. One thing to bear in mind, Egyptian cleanliness standards are pretty low in general all over the country, so dont judge!"

"What a lovely surprise to have found such a wonderful hotel at an incredible price. Youstina was so kind & helpful upon check-in. I arrived a bit early and my room had just been cleaned but the Boss Lady had to check it. I was so impressed by the thoroughness of her inspection making sure every inch was clean. Highly recommended!"
