"Uns hat das erste Zimmer nicht ganz zu gesagt, man hat uns aber direkt ein sehr schoenes neues Zimmer gegeben. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit."

Very good hotel.
"Our room and bathroom were very good, with large comfortable bed, excellent bedding and towels and very clean. The breakfast buffet was good and opened at 7.00, allowing time to start activities early. Our only disappointment was that we arrived at 10.00 on the ferry from Horta and, whilst knowing ..."
