"スタッフの方も親切で、南国リゾート感を味わえるとても素敵なホテルです。 お部屋から電話をかけると、お水にタオルにトイレットペーパーや浮き輪など、すぐに持ってきていただけたり、立地が空港から遠方なため、街へ出る際にはスムーズにタクシーを手配いただけるなど、快適に過ごすことができました。 施設の使い勝手ですが、こちらは可もなく不可もなくとなります。 高級ホテルといえども、やはりそこはフィリピン、お手洗いの水が流れないことがあったり、シャワーの水圧が人によっては弱く感じるなど、所々で改善点もあるのが現状です。 施設周辺のエリアにおいては、正直何もなく、ショッピングやアクティビティができる場所まではかなり遠いです。 ここはプルクラ唯一の目立つ難点です。 ただ、ハネムーン旅行や大人旅など、ゆったり落ち着いた空間を求める方にとっては適しているかもしれません。 最後にチコ(まちこ？)ちゃんというヌコがおりますが、この子は超絶可愛いです。 ぜひ一度触れ合ってみてください！ "

"There seemed to be a pack of dogs in the area barking all through the night. One about 3 doors down from our room that appeared to belong to a staff or manager there. The walkway was gated with a sign to keep closed to keep the dog in, the stairs smell of dog urine and the steps were dirty. THe room we were given on check in did not look like the one pictured and had only one bed. We objected and were moved to the type of room pictured. "Lovely design, comfortable rooms, good ac , wifi not bad but sometimes connection is unstable, shower is not hot, was power shortage once (in 3 days) The staff is very helpful (advisory for local activities, helpful with communication with other hotels/resorts , luggage care. I highly recommend to order chicken soup, it's incredibly delicious!"
