"The inside of the hotel was brand new, very clean and helpful staff. The outside was the definition of not judging a book by its cover, it was unkept, didn’t appear like a hotel at all and the entrance didn’t make sense but the opposite when we walked in. Would definitely stay again."

"Service was impeccable as was the room: excellent value. Very close to the station which made it convenient for us. 30 min walk into central Bologna. Unfortunately the pool was out of action for the vast majority of our stay hence three stars for this aspect. Would certainly stay again."
