The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The A/C worked wonderfully, which is an absolute must when traveling to San Andrés since it gets so hot and humid. As for the food, breakfast was just okay (it did the job), but they make amazing pizza, and the shrimp cocktail was super delicious despite the small portion size. The pool area was clean and nice. However, the jacuzzi was disappointing as it wasn't hot and stayed the same temperature as the pool. The biggest downside to the jacuzzi is the accessibility—there are no rails or steps to help you get in, and I saw a couple of people struggling to get in and out.

The basic King bedroom was ample in size. The pool rooftop had a nice view of the mountains and the city. I didn't visit the other pools. The hotel restaurant (Mediterranean fusion) was ok. I recommend eating elsewhere, it's convenient but not great. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I purchased the breakfast onsite instead of paying during the Expedia booking and that was a BIG mistake. They charged me $28 USD! So if you see the option to pay for breakfast when you book the room, just pay the $7 USD!
