The place was very clean, the staf was excellent I really mean it, the breakfast was like a lunch after you eat it. The water was warm and cool. The price is very high though. The only thing was that certain days in the shower warm water was giving noise like the pipe was going to burst. I will definitely stay there again

This is my 4th time staying at this hotel. The location can be beaten. The staff is very helpful. The rooms are very clean. The hotel does not have weird smells and the pool is well maintained. The breakfast has lots of food choices for all tastes. My children love that they can stay late in the pool and can go across the street to the mall and all the entertainment. Very safe neighborhood as well.

This was our third stay at this hotel, and unfortunately, we’ve seen it decline more each time. The staff was very kind and did their best to help, but the facilities are poorly maintained. While the lobby looks decent, the rooms are old and outdated, with damaged curtains and cockroaches. The pool was never clean, and the surrounding areas were unpleasant to use. The hotel desperately needs maintenance and updates, especially regarding the pest issue, which was extremely unpleasant.

Overall the hotel is Outstanding. The family site is well-sized, although the bed in the salon was very firm. The Front Desk and sculpting Staff were good and accommodating. The restaurant Staff, Menu, and Room Service were great! Only slightly annoying is that many light switches were not operable and the 2-burner induction stovetop requires steel (not aluminum) pots and pans which are not available at the front desk, so you have to but stovetop items for usage. Cleaning services in the room did a wonderful and thorough job of cleaning, replenishing towels, and bringing organization back to our room on a daily basis. We strongly recommend staying at this hotel as overall it was a great property and general location with close proximity to shopping and restaurants.
