"The housekeeping was awful. There was a noticeable stain on the duvet cover and hair on top and in the sheets. Hair was also found in the shower stall. Troy was very helpful in immediately moving us to another room. That shower also had hair in it. I used the shower hand held and rinsed it out. The brown spider in the bathroom took me over. I spoke with Ryan at the desk and was told he refunded the stay. I have no confirmation or receipt of it. I will be calling them about it. "

"The property and rooms are not well cared for… bathrooms disgusting with hair and dust everywhere, curtains falling from the windows… they also charge $8 per car for parking which is ridiculous given how much we paid for a private room ($150 a night). For this price, it’s better to just get a hotel."

The hotel met our basic needs, and we didn't have any major issues during our stay. One suggestion for improvement would be to start breakfast a little earlier, especially for guests who need to get an early start. And when we went to sit in the patio chairs, they were unlevel and rocky. In addition to that one of the chairs, the side arm was loose and a little dangerous.
