Thank you for your kind gesture . We are really sorry that you didn't see anyone at the desk only one time . Every time you were acknowledged when you go out or come in. As per talking to you you seemed upset with not getting receipt but you booked through third party so they are the one to get a receipt to you . Very sad that you were yelling at people at front desk for no reason. At least some respect and humanity would have been appreciated .
