"The property is clean and well-maintained. However, the after-hours check-in process could be improved to make it smoother for guests arriving late or after hours. Additionally, the AC in the living room was not working, but it did work in all our bedrooms. Lastly, the shade umbrellas at the pool need maintenance. They are all broken in some way. The pool is on an exposed rooftop with no shade, so having functional working umbrellas would be a great improvement."

"All I'll say is.....front desk you all are excellent. Room 226 attendant she did an amazing job in having our room tidy everyday. Bar staff.....Candice was of the hook with her presence and personality keep it up hunnie. Breakfast staff you all need copies of you all to other restaurants but I really enjoyed the small conversation from each person."

It is off the main road so a car rental or taxi service will need to be used if you want to explore the island. A free beach shuttle is offered so thats a plus, we didnt eat on property as we were mostly out."
