All they cared about was keeping my money) Additionally, I had to complain several times that my room that I spent almost $1000 for three nights smelled like smoke!! And the only excuse that I got was somebody may have been on the balcony smoking!! Unacceptable on so many levels!! "

Because of the slow internet, I wanted to cancel my stay, but they wouldn't let me do so without forfeiting all my money. I originally booked for seven days, but after two days I was ready to leave."
