"The hotel is centrally located along the river. It is a short walk to many shops and pubs. The Waterford Crystal factory is a 5 minute walk. Well worth a tour. The hotel staff are very friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet is very good with a good variety of choices."

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good food at the bar/dining room. All very comfortable. Downsides -no fridge in room. Could do with a nice painting in the bedroom. No safe in the room. Horrible brown Formica style furniture. I think a hotel of this quality could enhance the bedroom decor. However, ..."
