"Staff where professional and polite room was ok , but we asked for extra 2 pillows, they said they don’t have any left. Shower was disaster, shower head was broken and dirty and water keeps switching between hot and cold. We couldn’t take shower in the end."

"Be careful about time of year and the heavy regulation in the city about when they can and can’t heat or cool the building. We were there in early April and it was a warm spell and they are banned from allowing any cooling in the building which made sleeping difficult. "

"The hotel is far from the city center, but walkable. The garage is extremely narrow. The area around the hotel didn’t feel save. Overall it was ok for one night."

"We stayed in a triple room which was very big, clean and facing the car park therefore quite at night. Breakfast was simple but ok and included in the price (which seems to be rare these days). The hotel is approx 100mt from the train station therefore not a great area to wander around at night but super handy for train travellers. Parma historic centre is less than 15mins walk away. The only very weird thing was the strong smell of dump in the stairs on the way to the breakfast room"
