"Our experience was so bad that we stayed only one night instead the two we booked and paid. The photos of the property are absolutely misleading, there is absolutely no view from inside. The surrounding area is nice, just not from right at the house. The beds were absolutely horrible. And to add insult to the injury the host, located directly above the unit we stayed in, walked around and had conversations until after midnight. We could hear every word and it felt as if someone would fall thru...

"Zimmer war sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet. Die Gegend ist kinderfreundlich mit einem Spielplatz. Die Parkmöglichkeiten in der Tiefgaragen sind ebenfalls sehr angenehm, mit direktem Zugang von der Tiefgarage zu dem jeweiligen Haus, worin man die Übernachtung gebucht hat. Es gibt auch ausreichend Ladestationen mit einem 22 kW, und sogar eine SB-Waschbox in der Tiefgarage (geht aber nur mit Münzen). Insgesamt eine tolle Erfahrung, wir waren mit Familie ein paar Mal da."

"De lodge ligt in een prachtige omgeving. De familiekamer was heel groot. De kinderen hadden een aparte slaapkamer. Er stond zelfs een kleine hoekbank in. Het personeel was echt heel klantvriendelijk! Ze gaven ons een tip hoe we op een andere manier (niet door de Gotthart tunnel) naar Italië konden rijden. De bediening in het restaurant was ook heel aardig. Toen we vertrokken kwam er iemand achter ons aan naar buiten. Hij had net de webcam bekeken en vertelde ons ook dat we de andere route...

"Super süßes authentisches Hotel ganz nah am Gotthard Tunnel (Nordseite, also bevor man aus Deutschland in den Tunnelgefahren ist). Optimal für einen Zwischenstop auf dem Hinweg, um am nächsten Morgen sehr früh den Tunnel ohne Stau hinter sich zu bringen. Kleines aber sehr leckere Frühstück. Direkt neben den Hotel befindet sich ein 24 Stunden am Tag geöffneter Selbstbedienungs-Laden."

"Lovely hotel. We were on the top floor and there's no lift, but there was a lovely house keeper who carried my massive suitcase up and back down the stairs for me. I sprained my ankle whilst staying there and he even offered to take my suitcase to the train station with me! Wish I'd got his name. Room was lush, breakfast was fairly basic, but hit the spot."
