"The hotel was generally good, but a few improvements would make it better. A small fridge in the room would be helpful, even in standard rooms. The bathroom design could be improved, as water from the bathtub spreads easily. Also, there was a slight smell, possibly from bedding not being fully dry. Overall, a good stay with some small issues to fix."

"The owner, Jordi, and his staff went out of their way to help me. He gave me a ride from the train station to his nearby restaurant, where I had a fantastic dinner. Then he dropped me off at the hotel. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. The front desk attendant was kind enough to drive me to the bus stop for my journey to Barcelona. I was most grateful to be spared a long walk. Muchisimas gracias a todos!"

"First time here, I believe the hotel only opened at the start of 2026. The hotel itself is very nice, all very modern and nice looking. Rooms aren’t huge but all clean :) My key stopped working and you have to use your key to use the lifts so I was stuck on floor 19…I walked down the stairs…to find you need a key to access the reception floor so I went back up to the gym and asked a randomer to press the lift to 0 for me. "The hotel looks new and overall it was a good stay. Everything was fine except for one major issue: there was a very strong urine smell in our room. When we complained, they sent someone to spray an air freshener, but that did not solve the problem. We were told the hotel was fully booked and they could not move us to another room. "Everything was exceptionally great for the price, great access to city and local area. Staff and locals were helpful and polite. Only note is kitchen/breakfast is closed on Saturday’s or weekends depending on booking capacity. Overall great place for budget friendly get away highly recommended."

"Denied check-in for 4 people when there was a double sofa bed & king size bed. I've stayed in other hotels in Spain with the same arrangement and number of people with no issues. They left us stranded the day we arrived for our two week trip with no choice but to book new accomodations somewhere else last minute that costed us thousands of dollars since they refused to refund us or offer any upgrades."
