"We stayed for three nights and could not have been happier. The room was spacious, clean and really comfortable. It was well equipped and had a lovely bathroom. The staff - who spoke very good English - were very attentive and kept in touch through WhatsApp and arranged numerous trips (including rescuing us when we had a flat bicycle tyre). "It started out as a disaster. The room had no Wi-Fi and a shower that did not work. The next room had a TV that did not work. Finally, the 3rd attempt proved successful. Everything worked properly and it was a very enjoyable stay. Unfortunately, there is a lot that needs to be repaired or upgraded for this to be a great hotel again. "The room was the right size for only me. The queen bed was comfortable. The chair provided was not. The TV did not work but I did not care enough to have the issue addressed. The bathroom was mostly clean. The bidet sprayer seemed worn out. Water temperature varied from day to day. Some days really hot. Some days no hot water at all. Pressure always good. The staff was 10/10. Courteous and friendly. Were always willing to help. I stayed for 19 days and my room was always put together like new....
