"Our check-in was later. It seemed sloppy. Meaning the staff was not attentive to someone checking in. It was 11 pm, and we just wanted to shower and go to bed, but the water was cold. "I really enjoyed my stay at AVA Cancun. The resort is beautiful, modern, and has a lot to offer with great amenities, good food, and a fun atmosphere. The staff was friendly, and overall it was a great experience. One thing to keep in mind is that the resort is very large, so be prepared to do a lot of walking to get around. If you don’t mind that, it’s definitely a great place to stay."

"Customer service was not great. People don’t really seem to know what they are doing. I get to my room and the bedsheets are stained. Couldn’t get a hold of front desk phone is not properly marked. I had already unpacked my bags so I asked them to change the sheets. Bathroom wasn’t clean either but we made do since it was a last minute thing. For what I paid? I wouldn’t go back. I’ve seen motel 6 in better condition. I didn’t even get an apology."
