Et lors de notre départ, le Check out de la chambre a fait ressortir qu’un sac (a priori de l’hôtel) était manquant, comme si nous étions...

Booked with Expedia using VIP benefits but disappointing no room upgrade despite the room being available, check in staff indicated the “better more private rooms” but upgrade benefit blatantly ignored so worth noting this if hoping to benefit from VIP Expedia status.
