"Everything about the hotel was fine apart from having a ten minute walk to the car park and escalator or lift to get to your car. Absolutely no good for the elderly or disabled"
"Staff were really nice and helpful, mainly trying to find solutions for the issue we reported with the bedroom. Easy to park.
While it seems clean in general, the smell in the bedroom (mainly in the second/small bedroom) was really awful. It is maybe humidity/mold or something coming from the air conditioning system. The 3 of us ended up sleeping in the same bed as my son refused to sleep in the smelly bedroom. Thankfully we only stayed for one night!"
"Small clean family room with bunk beds for children. Comfortable beds. Modern and renovated shower/bathroom. Free parking and short walk to town centre for all amenities. Staff were friendly and accommodating. No comment about breakfast as we didn't use this feature. Lovely local restaurants walking distance from hotel. "
"Room and bathroom were spacious and finished very well
There was one normal balcony and a Parisian balcony
The breakfast was good, and the staff friendly
Bed was very comfortable.
And the place was spotless
Also a very central location "
"Very welcoming. Secure, friendly, clean hotel, lovely room. The food in the restaurant was amazing, wine was excellent and the staff were very accommodating."
"Spacious rooms, beautiful new pool, breakfast okay. Check out at 11am. Characterful building.
No air con in rooms, fans were unavailable from reception. Lovely attentive staff but need more staff on site. Dining area needs updating.
Overall good value for money. Hotel has huge potential to become 5* with investment."
"Arrived on Sunday to find that no restaurant/chef available. We did not know this and could have been a problem had we not been able to get a curry delivered!
The bar too was a bit of an issue, however, this was made available to us and dining Al Fresco with a beautiful view was accomplished.
Very nice people and a stunning setting. We all had individual rooms/fires that were well prepared and provided the rest that was needed."
