"We had an amazing stay here for our birthday. The property is so beautiful and very well kept. The poolside was perfect, breakfast was included every morning and it was very delicious and made fresh, we ate at the restaurant for dinner, the food and drinks were spot on. The villa (room) was perfect for us and loved waking up everyday to the garden view with surrounding sounds of nature. Oh and perfect location to the playa hermosa beach, just a few meters away. We will absolutely visit here again our next trip"

"Nuestra experiencia en Condovac Papagayo fue realmente decepcionante de principio a fin. Desde que llegamos, el lobby era un caos: gritos y discusiones por una reunión de socios que daba una pésima primera impresión. Aun así, decidimos darle una oportunidad. Las instalaciones se ven completamente descuidadas y en decadencia: lámparas dañadas o titilando, techos con humedad y manchas negras, áreas viejas y sin mantenimiento. En el restaurante no había música, las mesas no tenían servilletas, los mesoneros tenían paños sucios y meros colgando de los hombros y el servicio fue terrible. La comida estaba muy regular y ni siquiera había atención adecuada para las bebidas. La habitación fue otro desastre: había una fuga de agua desde que entramos, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y la puerta del baño estaba dañada. Intentamos comunicarnos múltiples veces con recepción por llamada y WhatsApp y nadie respondía. En el check-in incluso olvidaron entregarnos la información básica del hotel y horarios. Al día siguiente tratamos de confirmar el horario del desayuno porque nadie contestaba en recepción. Llegamos a las 10:15 a.m. y nos dijeron de manera muy negativa que el desayuno terminaba a las 10:00. Explicamos que nunca nos dieron la información y pedimos aunque fuera algo sencillo, pero no hubo ninguna intención de ayudar. Sinceramente, este hotel no debería estar operando en estas condiciones. El servicio, mantenimiento y atención al cliente son pésimos. Me parece una estafa l"

"Villa del Sol Boutique Hotel is a little taste of heaven. It's beautiful, quiet & peaceful, all in it's own immaculate garden/pool environment and only 1 block from the swimmer friendly beach/bay. The staff are very helpful and polite and the tasty breakfast is served in a relaxing and welcoming dining room. I loved it and would definitely stay there again."

"this resort is perfect not overcrowded wothbonly 40 rooms wich makes it more personal. All.the rooms are prestine clean and have a view on the beach rgat is 2min walking distance with amazing sun set. the beach 3km long and feels.private. The staff is very welcoming and pleasant to exchange witth. The Gym is basic but perfect for a vacation training with a beach view. last but not least the food is perfect and abondent whit a different team everyday with unlimited betweek.meals snacks from the kitchen all.day long. The cafee was perfect every day especialy the espressos always.amazing. All and all this is the best all inclusive more connected to the nature i have ever been.was perfect to relax an not too far from the more booming beaches if thats what you're looking for. I suggest renting a car to visit ither towns in the area"
