"The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. Luckily, [and by chance] they were able to get me into another room [which was not what I had reserved]. The light in the bathroom did not work. Maintenance did not come until the third day to fix it. The cleaning staff was extremely kind and helpful because there was no one else there to help. "The place is amazing, excellent location and wondeful view. There is lot of things to do att Reka, wellplanned game and entertainment area. Only downside was the children’s outdoor area was closed for renovation. Apartment was great with good utilities, good WiFi, and well maintained."

"The appartement was well located, quiet and very clean. The checkin however was laborious. You have to download an app in advance and then you get a code. It didn’t work immediately for us and we couldn’t get any help as we checked in a Saturday and the customer service is only available during business hours, Monday to Friday. "

"The only issue we had was the bed in the main bedroom, while it was comfortable it was too low and we found getting up out of it a bit of a struggle. But everything else was brilliant and the views are amazing "
