Very comfortable, clean, cool flat, good breakfast, helpful staff, close to bus stop, and within walking distance of a large supermarket. Air conditioning was a real plus! My only complaint would be there was no sharp knife to cut bread etc but otherwise really enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

i think people make reviews for either very poor or very good. we are the latter! the place was amazing! although technically you are in France its maybe a max 15 min walk to the waters edge. the apartment itself was perfect for us 4 women. the bathroom was huge, the mini kitchen was handy and we had plenty of space for 4 bags and ourselves... PLUS it had an amazing view of the sea from the balcony and it that wasnt enough for you - you could pop to the rooftop to use the lounge chairs up there....

Very good value for money. Having a kitchen we were able to cater for ourselves which made the holiday affordable. Friendly, helpful staff. Easy access to the bay where we could use the Hop on hop off bus to get around the area and learn about it's history.

Lovely hotel, clean, great room with fully equipped kitchen area. Kettle and coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans etc. Great bathroom with an over bath shower and lovely big windows. Fantastic bed, really comfy. Loads of cupboards and drawers.Everything you need is here. Bring your own hairdryer as the one in the bathroom is just a hose type that gets very hot to hold. Otherwise perfect!

I highly recommend in special this hotel and also the city Antibes ! Amazing

Beautiful aparthotel in central Nice, very close to the old town. We walked everywhere, the beach is only a few roads away. There are loads of restaurants and cafes nearby, as well as a wide range of shops. The breakfast buffet was lovely, especially the beautiful pear tart! All the staff were very helpful, we had a great time and can't wait to be back!

One of the best appartments we stayed recently. A lot of space in rooms and bathroom, comfortable bed, small kitchen with everything needed to enjoy summer dinner on a balcony

A superb newly created small 'hotel' of studios, equipped to be self-sufficient, in a prime location next to the famous Negresco Hotel. Walking distance to city centre, close to beach, many restaurants nearby. Each studio is tastefully designed, equipped with quality fittings, and comfortable beds. Management amenable, helpful and friendly. Couldn't fault it as a place to stay.

Nice hotel, market behind the hotel open every morning. Local Carrefour in front of market, with good range of essentials and a very good bread and cake shop next door. Walking to marina and main areas of Monaco was short and easy, although it was good to have a rest at the 'Casino Cafe' in Casino Square on the way back, due to the hills. Pleasant staff, always willing to help. Small swimming pool on the roof, with around 20 sunbeds. This was ample as there were only around 8 to 10 people up...

Easy to find, near to bus stops, a bit far out for main shops and restaurants.

Very nice .Bed comfortable

Wonderful apartment hotel on the seafront for a perfect stay away. We cannot wait to go back!

Great for the price. Breakfast was lovely, all staff was very friendly and helpful, the pool is nice, and the rooms are definitely adequate although dated. Downsides: not great for dinner / lunch food or drinks, and better book transportation in advance to avoid long waiting times. Otherwise, a good and very reasonably priced spot from where to explore Cannes & Antibes.

This villa is home away from home! I absolutely adored everything about it, the rooms are really large and renovated, it comes fully equipped with kitchen, utensils, and pots and pans, and the view never gets old. The rooms come with air conditioning as well. The hotel manager, Andrea, is very nice and sweet and super helpful. It is only a 10 minute walk to Monaco. This villa was so peaceful and cozy. I recommend anybody to rent this villa as it is very affordable and in a perfect location. You...

The apartment is ideally located, with shops and restaurants within easy reach. The promenade du Anglais is minutes away, as well as local transportation, with the tram stop 2 blocks away. A good security system separates the apartments from local residents. The apartment was bright and clean, with a comfortable bed, good shower and blackout curtains. Complementary croissants were hung on your door every morning which was a nice touch. The owner and receptionist were both welcoming and lovely to...

The rooms were amazing good service and friendly host

Spacious, clean, nice pools. 2mins location to tram. Only issue we had is that they give you one card between you, the cards control the lift and room ac and lights etc. Friendly staff

An amazing property with wonderful staff, very helpful and super friendly. An all digital check-in and service with great views of Cannes.
