"Nice place for a weekend stop in Cape May. They provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach badges for guests out front which was very helpful. Biggest plus is the free golf cart rides to nearby locations. Drivers add a personal touch. Hotel could be updated but not a bad experience overall. Can by loud from the music at the restaurant. Fun place overall and close to the shopping spots."

"It is a bare bones resort, lacking in amenities. The rooms are dated, no pool, continental breakfast, and no elevator to the 2nd and 3rd floor. Having said that, the staff was friendly and helpful. The place looked freshly painted. Everything was clean. It was also in a desireable location, and reasonably priced. It is across the street from the pristine ocean, and tourist attractions as well as a walk away into the town and the surrounding neighborhood. Cape May is charming, but...

"Room was clean… only complaint is they need to add more decor in walls or furnishings in room it echos horribly that even a whisper sounds loud.. can also hear all the music from outside tiki bar until it Closed(stayed in room 6003). Wasnt a problem for us though! Staff was friendly, close to boardwalk, parking is convenient!! Shower is short so a tall person would barely get wet. Would stay again!"

"Lovely interiors to room that complimented Cale May. Staff immediately responsive. Quiet. Nothing within walking distance so you need a car. Lovely pool with cabanas that we enjoyed."

"The room was clean. We had to get twin beds, which were small and not particularly comfortable. The AC was loud and not overly responsive. The location was great, as was the staff. Drinks at the outside bar were not very good."

"The shower would turn to scalding water during a shower without any warning. We went to the office. The lady at the desk smiled at us condescendingly and said , “The pipes are old”. My husband, a paramedic and firefighter told her she should not rent the room to anyone with children or risk a serious injury to a child. She shrugged and said she’d have someone take a look. Nothing changed and no one looked at anything."

"I didn't make this reservation with expedia and still after reporting that to expedia they reached out to the property for refund and they confirmed expedia team that no one showed up and but wont issue the refund. Terriable"

"Been coming to the Biscayne since the 70's . I is a very well run hotel that is kept in immaculate shape. There are 2 pools and is in walking distance to the beach. My family had a great time there and the staff are the best"
