NO ACCOMMODATION

The Hotel closed down. We where left with NO Accommodation and stranded in Somerset West. We spent 8 hours on the phone with Hotels.com trying to get alternative accommodation. Received Nothing - ended up having to make alternative arrangements at HUGE Financial loss to us.

Stunning view

This guest house literally in the middle of a vineyard, up one of the nicest mountains in South Africa is a beautiful location for a quiet getaway. I went on business and it is a bit too far away from both Stellenbosch (30 min) and Cape Town (50 min) for this, but I would gladly go back for a workshop or small group meeting. Better yet, this would be a fantastic location for a family holiday, with the Cape winelands, the beach and mountains all in easy reach.

Stedet har en fantastisk beliggenhet et stykke oppe. Man har en herlig utsikt til fjellene og - et par skritt langs stien - ser du ned til Gordons Bay og byen Strand. Man har naturen rundt seg og er snart i byen.
