"The room was tiny, but that was no problem as we were boarding an early morning flight. 20% off in some restaurants was a nice touch. Room clean and comfortable. Wet shower and toilet took some getting used to. A good stay, will use again. "

"Unbelievably disappointing. There is no “free shuttle” as advertised. The shuttle only runs every few hours & is not free. When I called the hotel for support, I was met with rude, snarky responses and ZERO help. Staff intermittently texted, but, never offered any genuine support, always after the fact. They then called the phone in my room after 9PM, when I was trying to sleep, to tell me they would offer a free shuttle ride back to the airport in the morning, but, it would leave too late (id already told them this via text) I had to pay nearly €50 each way.. for a room I was in for less than 8 hours. Incredibly frustrating & a HUGE waste of hard earned money. Horrible night"

"love that i didn’t have to take a taxi to terminal 2. Very direct and easy to get to terminal 2 from terminal 4. So direct!"

"The hotel is pretty average. The benefit is the hotel being so close to the airport."

"Perfect for an overnight as easy access to departures from the hotel. Meet and Greet parking directly below too. Room was very comfortable. Staff helpful and friendly. Would stay there again without hesitation."
