"Stayed here for one night. Grounds are very pretty and hotel is based on the side of quite a steep hill so quite a lot of stairs and ramps. There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through. "The hotel is fully remodeled and looks beautiful. Our issue with the room was that the AC did not work. We reported it the front desk and was told that the entire building’s AC was shut down for winter and would not turn on. We stated we need to have some type of cool circulation and was told to open the balcony doors. Upon opening the balcony doors this proceeded to bring in bugs and the noises from passing vehicles which kept us wide awake all night. Not everyone is accustomed to sleeping...

"This is THE best B&B i’ve ever stayed at. Alessandro and Cinzia really looked after me - going above and beyond to make me feel safe, welcome and at home. I had a different delicious breakfast prepared every morning and brought to me on my patio. La région n´a pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes en revanche l´hôtel était bien et le gérant particulièrement sympathique et très agréable. Contrairement à ce qui est mentionné dans la description, l´hôtel ne comporte aucune piscine. "
