"We recommend staying at Casa Teresa. Our room was a very good size, it was quiet and had everything we needed. The included breakfast was great and set us up nicely for our day and you needed the energy for the steps. We do recommend hiring a porter for your luggage up, but we managed nicely getting back down to the port without having to use one. Thank you Hotel Casa Teresa, we had a lovely (though too short) stay with you and can’t wait to return one day."

The location was excellent, because it was far away from the bustle of downtown Capri, but it was walking distance to all the shops in Anacapri and extremely safe. "B&B Il Grappolo is a wonderful place to stay! It is like your own private villa with a beautiful view of the city from above. Maria and her daughter Angela are warm and friendly (but note Maria doesn't speak English at all). The breakfasts are excellent. Their dog barks a lot and may cause some concern when you first approach, but the owners calm it down. Important note: the B&B isn't in town where a taxi or bus can drop you off. Our host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, answering all of our questions before arrival and providing clear directions that made finding the property very easy.
