The hotel was great but beware that if the ferries are cancelled they will still charge you for the room. All ferries from Sorrento were cancelled, so we went to Naples as the hotel told us to and spent the day waiting on ferry after ferry but all were cancelled due to weather. The staff was amazing, friendly, welcome drinks were given to us as well! The view is spectacular and the walk ability to everything is great! Breakfast was fantastic with espresso coffee juice and all the things you need!
