"You can’t go beyond the bungalows which are private and quiet but ask for one not on road side. This is our second visit and the only minor complaint I could say that the pool staff use to walk around offering food and beverage menus but this time we had to go up to the bar to order. "Huge shout out to the staff at the seres resort and spa. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and treated you like royalty from the day you came in up until the day you left. "It was amazing hotel to stay we really love staff and pool. Only one thing that I would say is staff need to check the room before the guest because we had late check in and arrived the hotel around 10:30pm so first thing we wanted to take shower and there was a creepy reptile on the shower curtain.I really got scared. Rather than that everything was great. "
