"Clean rooms and a friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was good and so was the food in the restaurant. I chose Hotel Saint Paul because they have room safes. The hotel is nice but not fancy. The air conditioning works great though. It’s is near the Theatro Amazonias so you can walk there easily during the day. We were on the third floor and there was a lot of street noise at night, so if you need it quiet to sleep be sure to get a room on the higher floors."

His communication skills were poor, and his attitude showed a complete lack of respect and basic customer service standards. Dealing with him was frustrating and unpleasant, and it significantly lowered the overall quality of my stay."
