"Great location to visit the springs and a lovely hotel. Reception staff, valet and porters were all very helpful. Restaurant and bar staff made us feel invisible. No coffee was offered at breakfast we asked and got forgotten. We also felt that at dinner the staff seemed busy with the other tables ..."
