"Nice place and very friendly staff. There were a few things that were in disrepair - our thermostat didn’t work. Floors were sticky in many areas. But aside from sticky floors, the rooms were generally clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent- lots of good choices and hot food options. Aside from a few flaws, it was a good place for the price and I would come back there."

"Booked this hotel for the use of the pool for our children on Fourth of July weekend so they had a fun time, unfortunately the pool was closed in the middle of the summer. So we checked out early. I have yet to hear from the property manager to let us know if we can get a refund for the night NOT used. Don’t include the pool in your listings if we can’t use it."

"It was a great place to stay. Very clean despite the construction. The breakfast area was immaculate, loved the variety of items on the breakfast bar. The attendant was very courteous and kept the area super clean. I could have stayed there all morning. It was a great choice in staying."

"Huge room so space to spread out. Conveniently located close to huge Albertsons and easy access to Carlsbad Caverns. Room was clean and comfortable. Parking is on the street. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Great option for staying in Carlsbad"

"Check in was one of the best... if not the best I've ever had. She was efficient and pleasant. Popcorn was fresh. Room was ok. Bed was good and comfortable. Room clean . TV channel options were very good. Ac vent had visible build up. Shower head tile was cut out. We were next to elevator and on the 3rd floor (4 floors) noise was fairly loud rm 320. Medium size Stain on carpet between beds. Pool key pad faulty. Pool/ hot tub was clean and good for swimming. Parking sufficient."
