"Stayed in Swan room. Spacious bedroom and en-suite. Large shower head and small shower tray meant water escaped onto en-suite floor. Breakfast excellent but cold milk with hot coffee led to cold coffee. Staff happily supplied hot milk on request. Staff very pleasant and helpful."

"My fourth time staying here in the last few months on business, always a good experience. All the staff I met were friendly, professional and courteous - I didn’t get everyone’s names but Tina on reception, Tina, Paula and Holly in the restaurants / at breakfast. I was upgraded to a partial sea view room which was clean, adequate space and was quiet overnight. Good parking facilities, ideal location on the sea front, comfortable bed. I’ll be back again next week ! One thing I will say in case management ever read these is that it’s your STAFF who make a good hotel, please make sure they are made aware of feedback like this. "The staff were friendly but were unable to change my room which was not ideal. I was given a disabled room- the fittings were heavily rusted, the shower flooded the entire bathroom and the sink was badly chipped. A deep clean of the room is also required"
