This location is so ideal when it comes to places to eat, places of interest, all within 20 min. from this hotel. Lastly, surroundings at this location feels very safe. The first associate that helped was nice, but they gave us an ADA room, which we didn’t ask for and had trouble using certain things since it’s for people with different abilities so that was frustrating. Then during check out the lady said she would email my receipt and there was no email attached apparently so when I called to get my copy the lady over the phone said the lady who checked us out on (5/30/26) should have seen that and asked for my email. "Not a pleasant experience. I booked 2 rooms for my family. The microwave was not working in one room, the pillows were all half size so we could not sleep properly, the breakfast items were not being refilled so a lot of items were out and we were not able to enjoy breakfast and the breakfast host was not at all hospitable. Probably would not be returning to this hotel and not even recommending to my friends."

"The furniture in the room was worn down the $46 for parking after you already paid for room is crazy … guest should get free parking with room key in my opinion … also while using the pool there where no towels available for guests for a good while overall it was ok the service in the front desk was good made check in and out a breeze"

"FRONT DESK WAS VERY HELPFUL"

"Room had spiderwebbed on the room. Specifically, corner of the ceilings and smoke detector. Found a spider on the ceiling ad had to kill it. Check in was way to slow on Saturday night. It was about 9:45 PM and had a toddler with me who was tired. Only one staff member checking people in and took a really long time. Probably 45 min. He needs an extra person to help at least on the weekend. "

"Although the hotel was nice, I think the hotel should be transparent about charging for parking. The hotel charges $30 per night for parking. However, there is free public parking connected to the hotel. Also on the last night of our stay, we had neighbors that were very loud, they were sitting outside playing loud music, talking loud, practically having a party. I enjoy a good time like the next person, but this went on until about 2 a.m. The guests were so drunk that they even tried to enter...

"Charger for electric cars was free! Huge advantage for us. Staff was so helpful and they have a shuttle to Old Town. Only downside was being so close to the freeway we could hear all night. Had to download a fan app to drown out the noise."
