"A few items: They double booked me for two rooms. Th ere was no place to put luggage. HAd to leave it open on the floor. A luggage rack would bee nice. The first room was too small. No space for two people traveling. They upgraded us to a handicapped accessible room with more room. However, the shower design made the water run onto the floor and out of the bathroom into the hallway. We cleaned it up with our towels and had to order more. When they delivered the towels, they did not take away...

"Excellent stay at the hotel just outside of Galway city. Very helpful staff, modern and clean room with air conditioning which was great as the weather was warm and humid. Nice included breakfast with our room including a tasty continental selection as well as a cooked breakfast in addition. Excellent location for a day trip to the Aran Islands with the ferry terminal less than 30 minutes away. "This place was clean, quiet, and safe, and is in a pretty setting near/on estate lands. Very convenient from the highway for access to local tourist spots and Shannon Airport. The hotel is super large and sprawling. It seems to be very popular with young families. At our Expedia rate it was pretty basic in terms of amenities. We took a look at the breakfast, which wasn't included in our rate, and it also seemed basic, so we gave it a pass. Great local bakeries and other spots to choose from...

"Clean room a smaller decent breakfast and good coffee, walking was ready to restaurants and pubs and the castle. Cliffs of Moher was 58 min drive way and only 35 min to Galway 🇮🇪parking not the greatest it services a lot of nearby businesses my only complaint."

"The bar and atmosphere were amazing! This hotel was super busy with tour buses and big groups coming through. The food is great and the service excellent! The building is old and needs updated badly. The room showed signs of being very old and not professionally maintained. Faucets leaked, carpet old, bathroom tub left a lot to be desired. Overall I would stay there again, very family friendly. Just understand it is an older hotel."

"The staff at reception were very welcoming and efficient. The 'deluxe' room overlooked the golf course. The bedroom was dated but the superking bed was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very disappointing, quite dated with limescale and mould on taps and shower head. The shower curtain was mouldy and bath mat clean but discoloured with age. I've stayed in better premier Inn rooms. There was a good selection on offer for breakfast."

"Location of Eyre Square townhouse was wonderful and very convenient to so many areas of interest. It was incredibly clean and they did facilitate an early check-in. Although no one was available to inquire on our arrival day before 9 AM. The two bedroom apartment comfortably fit our family."

Letto una piazza e mezza incastrato sotto il muro con spazi limitati. Nessun servizio colazione. La receptionist ci ha indirizzati al bar dell’autolavaggio, ovviamente con macchina self-service di pessima qualità."
